      Are there monthly fees?

      No lock-in contracts. Cameras record to a recorder in your home, so there’s no cloud subscription unless you want one.

      Can I watch my cameras on my phone?

      Yes. Live view and recordings from anywhere, in one app. We set it up on every phone in the house before we leave.

      What happens if the internet goes down?

      Cameras keep recording and doors keep working. You just can’t look in from outside the home until it’s back.

      Can you work with what I already have?

      Often, yes. On the site visit we check your cameras, Wi-Fi and wiring, and tell you honestly what’s worth keeping.

      How long does an install take?

      Most homes take one to two days. The dates are in your quote, and we clean up as we go.

      What warranty do I get?

      12 months on our work, plus the maker’s warranty on every device. If something’s wrong, the same team comes back.
